In the 22nd episode of the #mindpower project, the Italian singer and wine maker Albano Carrisi reads an excerpt from Aspazija’s poem “The Key to Life” from “The Wings Spread Wide” poetry collection (1920).

Since the 1960s, Albano Carrisi – internationally better known as Al Bano – has recorded over 40 albums that have been sold in 165 million copies. He has released several opera albums but has gained the greatest popularity as a pop singer, especially in the duo with Romina Power.

Al Bano has performed in Latvia many times. And Riga is one of the few places in Eastern Europe where it is possible to taste and buy wine that is made in his winery.
